Your gear works here
Type your controller, mixer, or player and see how it connects. 462 devices in the catalog, from bedroom pads to the club booth.
Three ways in, covered either way
Controllers
A controller works through the DJ software that drives it. If your software is below, every controller it supports is covered, current or discontinued.
Players and mixers
CDJs, XDJs, and DJMs connect over PRO DJ LINK, and Denon Prime gear over StagelinQ. No laptop DJ software in the booth, up to six linked players.
Everything else
Spotify for open-format sets, a file watcher for anything that writes text, and MIDI for gear that speaks it. The odd cases have a lane too.
What your gear plugs into
rekordbox
Mix in rekordbox and every track appears on your stream: title, artist, artwork, BPM, and key, exactly as your library has them.
Now Playing for rekordboxSerato DJ
Serato streams deck and playhead state to Now Playing as it happens, so your overlay follows the mix, not a history file.
Now Playing for Serato DJTraktor Pro
Traktor's broadcast output carries your track metadata to Now Playing in real time. One preferences change and you're live.
Now Playing for Traktor ProVirtualDJ
Two ways in: read VirtualDJ's history, or talk to it directly with Network Control and follow the deck your audience hears.
Now Playing for VirtualDJdjay Pro
Mix in djay Pro on Mac or Windows, including streaming catalogs, and your overlay keeps up without any configuration.
Now Playing for djay ProMixxx
The free, open-source DJ app gets a free overlay to match. Now Playing reads Mixxx with nothing to configure.
Now Playing for MixxxDJUCED
Hercules controllers, covered. One setting inside DJUCED and your tracks flow straight to the overlay.
Now Playing for DJUCEDStageLinq
Denon players broadcast every track over your network. Now Playing listens and your overlay follows the mixer.
Now Playing for StageLinqPRO DJ LINK
CDJs straight to your stream. Now Playing speaks Pioneer's link protocol, no laptop DJ software required.
Now Playing for PRO DJ LINKSpotify
Between sets, on the couch, or on stream: whatever Spotify is playing shows on your overlay.
Now Playing for SpotifyFile watcher
The universal source: if your DJ tool can write a text file, Now Playing can read it.
Now Playing for File watcherMetadata depth varies by source: BPM, key, and artwork depend on what your software or hardware exposes. Each page above says exactly what's captured, and the help center keeps the authoritative field-by-field tables.
Where your tracks can go
OBS Studio
A live overlay as a browser source: themed, transparent, and updating itself while you mix.
DetailsTwitch
Chat stops asking for track IDs. The bot answers before they do.
DetailsStreamlabs
The same live overlay, in Streamlabs Desktop. One browser source and you're done.
DetailsDiscord
A live tracklist in your server: every track posted to the channel you choose, as you play it.
DetailsBeyond these four: file output, webhooks, Lumia Stream, MIDI clock, and Ableton Link live under features.
