Licensing

The Now Playing desktop app, web dashboard, and overlays are licensed for use under the terms set out below. By using Now Playing, you agree to these terms.

Desktop app

The Now Playing desktop app is licensed for personal and commercial use by the account holder. Reverse engineering, redistribution, and resale of the binary are not permitted.

Overlays and themes

Built-in themes are licensed for use within the Now Playing product on your own broadcasts. Themes built with the template SDK are owned by their authors and are governed by the license their author publishes them under.

Third-party content

Album art and metadata sourced from third-party providers are used under those providers' terms. Now Playing does not redistribute or resell that content.
